Clarify your life’s purpose
What are your gifts? Talents? Interests? Strengths? Qualities?
What are your greatest attributes?
What things bring you the greatest joy and make you really feel alive?
What have you experienced in life that lit you up?
Think of a situation when you did something that you really felt you were born to do. How would you describe it?
What would you change in the world if you could using your attributes?
What kind of work would make you jump out of bed every morning and look forward to each day with eagerness?
Identify your MUST HAVEs
State what you REALLY WANT and NEED?
List: 30 things you want to do, 30 things you want to have and 30 things you want to be before you die
Clarify those wants and needs by asking the question “what do you really want?” and “what do you really need?” at least 7 times.
Setting Effective Goals to get SHIT DONE! (SMARTEST Framework)
"What exactly do you want to accomplish?" [SPECIFIC]
"How will you and others know when you have reached this goal?" [MEASURABLE]
"Is this goal within your reach even if it seems really big/hard?" [ATTAINABLE]
"Why is this goal important to you? In what way does it align with your life purpose?" [RELEVANT}
"When will you start and finish this?" [TIME-BOUND]
"Is this truly your heart's desire? Does your heart feel compelled to follow this?" [ENGAGING]
"How would achieving this goal fulfill your heart's desire?" [SATISFYING]
"Who can work with you on this?" [TEAM-BASED]
